Prefered minimum Phase2 lifetime

Hi everybody, I have a general question to ask and I beleive this is the
right group.
During the configuration of several IPsec boxes a question poped up:

What would be the minimum lifetime to be allowed in a box.?I know
applications out there
that they don't let configure anything under the hour range and others
that you can specify
seconds.
