Reincarnation of an old list, IETF-sectest

  At the IKE/IPsec/etc. Bakeoff here in Helsinki today it was strongly
stated, and the community agreed, that we should have an email list
for talking about and doing testing of IKE, IPsec etc. in 'real' time
over the net between bakeoffs, and to talk about better testing
methodology's, standards etc.

  I started one of these lists, <ietf-sectest@toad.com> after the San
Jose IETF just for this sort of work, but it was way too early as no
one had anything to test.  So just now I restarted this list over on
lists.freeswan.org (a host in the free world where DMCA etc. is less
of an issue, maybe...).
  At the time I created the first version of the list I got permission
to use the IETF- tag on the list and since I am just moving the list
to a different host I am keeping the name the same.

  So the list is now called <IETF-sectest@lists.freeswan.org>, though
I did make an alias of <sectest@lists.freeswan.org> just for the
absent minded, and is open to the entire community to post to, read
the archives of etc.

  There is a web page for this list with subscription interface,
archives and other functions over at:

	http://lists.freeswan.org/mailman/listinfo/ietf-sectest

  The list may also be subscribed to via email, find out how with this
command:

	mail -s help ietf-sectest-request@lists.freeswan.org < /dev/null

  Note that issues that are not IKE, IPsec etc. _testing_ related
should be discussed over on the main IPsec list over on the main IPsec
list at <ipsec@lists.tislabs.com>.
