Part of the criteria might be how well they deal with the various problems
raised in analysis and critiques of the existing IKE. There's a list of
such papers at:

Should we invite people who've commented om IKE to comment on proposed
replacements? Are some of those authors on the list? If so, any comment
on how your critiques do or don't apply to current cadidates? Or on new
weaknesses they might introduce?
