If you're an implementor, you can start by implementing the following drafts:

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-ipsec-ciph-aes-xcbc-mac-00.txt

(either that, or wait for the official RFCs).


If you're an end-user, then you'll need to talk to whoever implements IPSec
for you.
