Analysis and some experiments of Fluhrer's ESP IV attack (re-post)

(I'm not sure whether my previous mail reached the list, sorry for
the repost).

We did some analysis of the preconditions of Fluhrer's ESP IV
attack, and also did a few practical attack tests.  The paper
