I'm curious about how to represent 'any ip address' in an identification
payload
In the ipsec doi, section 4.6.2 describes the identification payload
content.
Within that section, subsection 4.6.2.5 describes 'ID_IPV4_ADDR_SUBNET'.
"It says that Note that ones (1s) in
the network mask indicate that the corresponding bit in
the address
is fixed, while zeros (0s) indicate a "wildcard" bit"
If I understand this correctly, do I represent 'any ip address'
as '0.0.0.0'?
I assume there is no special representation of 'any ip address'
Thanks in advance,
