I.e. just run IPsec end-to-end over a MobileIP (or other IPIP) tunnel.
But there may be specifics to Mobile IP that I'm ignorant of...
=> by definition in Mobile IP the Home Agent may not modify the content
of packets it relays to the Mobile Node (this is why it uses a tunnel
and doesn't add a routing header in Mobile IPv6) so as this transport
mode is end-to-end it is orthogonal to Mobile IP...
