BOF on Securing Neighbor Discovery at IETF 54

On Tues. afternoon 13:00-14:00 at IETF 54, a BOF will be held to discuss
securing IPv6 Neighbor Discovery. A BOF description including a reading
list and mailing list will appear shortly when the agenda is posted. If
you are interested in this problem, please attend. If you would like to
speak, please send email to me or Pekka Nikkander
(Pekka.Nikander@nomadiclab.com). We are especially interested in getting
people who have implemented an IPsec solution or think they have a
solution using IPsec, as a major issue that has come up with using IPsec
is how to do key distribution given that IKE would require using
Neighbor Discovery and manual keying is inconvenient for a large public
access network.
