question about re-keys

Clear DayHello,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question but here goes.
I'm building a VPN client against CISCO VPN gateway (model 3000).
I would like to know if the CISCO VPN should send a delete SA notification
for any SA has finished.
Let me remind that it happens both if there is a new tunnel (after re-key)
and also if there was no re-key.
