Dear IPsec WG:

I posted the updated draft a couple of weeks ago.  There are at least two 
software implementations and one hardware implementation that match the 
test vectors in the document.  I tried to address the comments on the 
original document that were posted the list.  I also addressed some 
comments that were sent directly to me.

There have been no comments on the updated draft. Is it ready to move forward?
