IPsec archives on www.sandelman.ca

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Some of you have complained that my IPsec archives are not accessible.
www.sandelman.ca is aka www.tcpdump.org. It is under partial quarantine.
(It is accessible from the IETF network at this time)

The machine will get re-installed after IETF Atlanta. The intrusion
was caused in part by having too many eggs in one basket.
Likely, it will find itself duplicated into multiple machines, each
with fewer responsibilities. One effect is that the search capability
will return. There were too many contradictory dependancies for various
things, and the search was not important enough to force other things
to be broken.
