Editorial: Reservations for IKEv1

Greetings again. In section 3.1 of draft-ietf-ipsec-ikev2, it says:

                        Exchange Type Value

                        RESERVED 0
                        Reserved for ISAKMP 1-31
                        Reserved for IKEv1 32-33
                        IKE_SA_INIT 34
                        IKE_AUTH 35
                        CREATE_CHILD_SA 36
                        INFORMATIONAL 37
                        Reserved for IKEv2+ 38-239
                        Reserved for private use 240-255

This is pretty confusing, because the IANA consideration section says
clearly that the registries are for IKEv2 only. Further, the other
tables in the document list the things that are resevered for future
assignments and private use in text, not in the tables themselves. I
propose that the chart be replaced with:

                        Exchange Type Value

                        RESERVED 0-33
                        IKE_SA_INIT 34
                        IKE_AUTH 35
                        CREATE_CHILD_SA 36
                        INFORMATIONAL 37
Exchange type values 38-239 are reserved to IANA for future
assignment in IKEv2 (see section 6). Exchange type values 240-255
are for private use among mutually consenting parties.
