question about IKE on IPv4 and IPv6

I've got a question about IKE that came up here today.
It is:  is there any way that a node running IPv6 sest up an IKE
SA with a node IPv4?  What about the same question for IKEv2?
In either case, are there any implementations out there that
do this?
