full version of the SIGMA paper

It is now available (as postscript) via

In general, the paper tries to answer the many questions asked 
(and some of those never asked) regarding the design of the signature
modes of IKE v1 and IKE v2.
It now also includes an appendix describing the rationale for the key
derivation techniques in IKE.
