Mark,

I agree about IKEv2 (although the means of implementing and the urgency of the
issue are open to debate). I don't agree about the 2401bis part, because it is
an implementation-specific issue (how the different contexts are implemented).
That issue was under 2401bis in the issue tracker, so we addressed the 2401bis
aspect of it; for the IKE part, we think it's not urgent enough to hold back
the document, although if Charlie can add such a thing quickly, it's OK with me.
