Why wouldn't an "account name" be represented as ID_RFC822_ADDR?
Perhaps the @domain may seem redundant to some, but it certainly
doesn't hurt anyone. If it was a big problem, I'd rather relax it to
make @-part optional than say any more than ID_KEY_ID says right now.
In particular, I think that an appropriate comparison function for
ID_KEY_ID is "memcmp()", while I'm sure that ID_RFC822_ADDR needs to
be parsed in some way and then compared in a more structured fashion.
Is UTF-8 welcome in ID_FQDN, ID_RFC822_ADDR?
