I am seeking informations on  embankment dam
failures.I know the Saguenay event and some others
such as Anita dam failure (Montana) and some failures
in Washington.
This is,  because the municipality of Nimes (France)
wants to built forty dams above the town, and all
the people does not want. At the time of october 3th
1988 flashlood in Nimes three embankment dams have 
broken.
