dam-l EIA monitoring program

My name is Gisela Galán, I work for a company in Panamá and rigth now we
are working in a EIA for a hydroelectric company, although they will only
need 1.7 cubic meters per second (which is less than 25% of the river flow)
and their reservoir will have a capacity of less than 4,000 cubic feet.  We
would like to know your coments on what important specific facts we should
take in consideration for the monitoring and mitigation program.

I am an engineer biochemist and I have a mayor in acuatic resourses.
