Subject: Domkhedi Satyagraha pictures
Friends,
Some remarkable pictures of the Domkhedi Satyagraha on Sept 21 are now
available on the Narmada website under the images section, ie.
http://www.narmada.org/images.html
These pictures were taken by Harikrishna and provided to us by Sujit
Patwardhan. Upon learning of the impending submergence, Harikrishna rushed
to the valley and brought back this record of the struggle there. These
pictures are so important, considering that the media is busy reporting on
increasingly irrelevant elections and the country is ignorant about the
high stakes battle being waged in the Narmada valley.
