dam-l by request: ICOLD main page
Someone on the list has asked for a repost.
Since I believe I sent this or some part of the site to the list
previously, my apologies for any redundancy.
This is ICOLD's main page. For those of you who don't know
ICOLD is the International Committee on Large Dams, and consatitutes
a club, as it were, of large dam builders.
They may think that large dams are all good but the situation is
not nearly so polarized as some of their writings would give the
impression.
