The Minnesota Environmental Quality Board meeting scheduled for
Thursday, March 30, 2000 in St. Paul has been cancelled. The agenda
items
scheduled for this meeting will be taken up the next board meeting is
scheduled for Thursday April 20, 2000 at 9am.
This would presumably include discussion of how MN EQB should handle
Minnesota Power's request for an exemption from the state's Power Plant
Siting Act for the short transmission length and substation upgrade from
Duluth (Hermantown) to the St. Louis River.
