I am a 3rd yr. grad student at UC-Berkeley in the Ethnic
Studies Dept. My dissertation is on the Oahe DAm Project or it is better
known as the Pick-Sloan Plan. My interest is what the impact was on the
members of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, who ultimately lost over 10,000
acres of land as a result of the flooding as well as the environment. I am a
member of the SR Tribe and saw the small reservation town I grew up in
become an island. Any way that you can point me would be greatly
