Hello Everyone,

        It has been ruled on by the PSC that they will not accept written 
testimony 
unless it is personally handed in by the author at the hearings. Needless to 
say this 
is unfair "at best" to all of the property owners who live out of town or out 
of state 
from the hearing locations. 
     Please note: It is very important for as many of us who can, to make it 
to as 
many of the hearing dates as possible! We really need to fill up the hearing 
rooms!  For those who have no way to make it to any of the hearing dates we 
still 
need your testimony submitted to our attorneys. They will try and figure out 
some 
way around the PSC ruling. Even if they can't get your written testimony 
submitted 
during the regular hearing dates they will most likely use it against the PSC 
in court if 
they rule in favor of the line.

     REMEMBER: You do not have to have a transmission line proposal on your 
property in order to submit testimony! Everyone has a right to submit 
testimony!
