Dear Listserv Members

While members to this listserve may talk about the right to water, it is
more important that you do something about it. The attached email from a
gentlemen in Sri Lanka may give one of you the opportunity. It seems he has
a private company and is trying to provide water to villages at 1/10th the
cost of the government program. He is doing this for a profit. If the NGO
mantra is that government must do it always remember the acronym TANSTAFL
"There aint no such thing as a free lunch." If private enterprise can do it
at a lower cost then support it.

I hope one of you will step in and assist this programs.

Sincerely,

WaterBank.Com
Dr. William M. Turner, Trustee
