To Whom It May Concern:
      Hello, My name is Lukas Paulsen. I am in 9th Grade and attend Redmond 
Junior High School. I am doing a project called Connections for my school. 
Connections is where I pick a topic about a Pacific-Rim country and relate 
it to Washington. The topic I chose was Dams.
      I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions for me. How 
do dams affect the enviroment? How do dams affect the people? What are the 
good and bad effects dams have? What do you think about dams?
      Also, I need to interview someone that has knowledge on dams. If you 
or anybody you know will let me interview them, please tell me when you 
e-mail me back. I can send you or them a set of questions.
