This effort has a goal of designing an IPSEC specific
resource record for the domain name system (DNS) for
opportunistic IPsec. 

The working group will examine the requirements for
necessary information to be included in the record, and
if the record needs to be extensible.

PROPOSED SCHEDULE

Deadlines

- initial draft - document describing the contents of the proposed record
- decide upon final contents of the record
- advance the document to IESG.
- disband within 6 months.
