NGO presentations and roundtable discussions on program experience among
organizations working in Nepal and elsewhere.

Why?
* provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and resources
among development practitioners, academics, donors and others interested in
development issues
* provide an opportunity to explore current issues important for sustainable
human development in Nepal and other countries


Keynote Speaker: Dr. Arzu Rana-Deuba,
Executive Chairperson of the Samanata Institute for Social and Gender
Equality and the President of the Rural Women's Development and Unity
Centre in Kathmandu; founding member of SAATHI, an NGO working in the area
of violence against women in Nepal.
