35 Anniversary of the Internationalists
The Communist Youth Union of Canada (Marxist-Leninist), CYUC(M-L),
invites you to a meeting at the National Office of CPC(M-L) at 7:00pm
on March 13 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the founding of the
Internationalists. Sandra Smith, on behalf of the Central Committee
of CPC(M-L), will make a presentation to mark this important
occasion. The National Office of CPC(M-L) is located in Ottawa at 396
Cooper St. (at Bank St.), Suite 405. Everyone is welcome!
Founded at UBC on March 13, 1963, the Internationalists united
Canadian youth and students of the 60s into a militant political
organization which fought for the rights of the Canadian and
international working class and people. The Internationalists were
reorganized in 1968 with Marxism-Leninism as their guiding theory
which led to the founding of the Communist Party of Canada
(Marxist-Leninist), CPC(M-L), in 1970.
