Co-ordinator Needed for Conservative Co-operative Homes Inc.
Must possess minimum 5 yrs exp. property management, including
collections; computer skills: wordprocessing, spreadsheets, internet; must
be self directed with strong time mngmt skills; bilingualism, knowledge of
co-operative housing issues & conservation are definite assets; deal with
government agencies; work in a multi-cultural environment; and serve as
liaison with the Board of Directors.
Starting salary 35 000.00/yr+benefits
