Canada and the UN Declaration of Human Rights:
the Hype and the Reality!

guest speaker
Alan Maki
The Maki family, after decades of political activism, fled from FBI
perscecution in the USA. In Canada since 1990, they are facing deportation
because of Alan Maki's public stand against anti-aboriginal racism. To
raise attention to this human rights issue the Friends of the Maki Family
have sponsored a cross country tour for Alan.
