Women's day rally and march

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anybody knows if men will be full members of the
march, rally and festivities for the Women's day festivities for this
coming Sunday?  It used to be like that years ago, but the last number
of years men were told to march at the back and then were not allowed
in for the entertainment afterwards.  I need to know...  

Hoping that somebody can clear this up for me!!
