To all those who oppose violence as a "solution" to the worsening
situation in the Balkans: Please join us, bring friends and help by
spreading the word:
PEACE VIGIL FOR THE BALKANS-Bread Not Bombs
Parliament Hill, around the Centennnial Flame
Sunday, April 11, 1:30 to 3pm
Stage 2/sending in ground troops is being considered and may well be
"debated" in parliament on Monday April 12.
A large turn-out at this peaceful vigil will speak to our
politicians, so
please plan to attend. There is free parking at the World Exchange
Plaza,
entering from Metcalfe and Slater. Organized by members of Faith
Partners, an Ottawa area inter-faith coaltion. See you there!
