Investing in Women's Worth is a non-profit
organization mandated to help women of low-income to achieve financial
self-reliance through entrepreneurial training adn other business and personal
support strategies. We are recruiting two key people to help develop the
organization.
All positions are temporary full-time - 26 weeks
$413/week. Candidates must qualify under HRDC EI job Creation Program and
are required to submit a S.I.N. number upon applying.
Two available positions
Business Developer
This individual will be responsible for the
further development of training programs, workshops, and business ideas that fit
the mandate of IIWW. The position involves identifying, researching and
cultivating practical and self-sustaining business ideas for an organization
with a social mandate. This will include networking and building relations
with other members of the community and business. Must be in receipt of
Employment Insurance or qualify for the Reach Back Program. To apply fax

Public Relations/Events Planner
This individual will be responsible for making the
organization known in the community, through meeting with individuals, business
and other community based organizations. This individual will also develop
and implement fundraising activities and programs for the organization.
