World Tibet Day will be celebrated around the globe on Saturday,
July 10, 1999.  In Ottawa, supporters of Tibetan human rights are
invited to gather at the Eternal Flame on Parliament hill for a
vigil to mark world Tibet Day, and to commemorate the Dalai
Lama's birthday.  The event commences at 11:00 a.m.  Bring a candle!
