Ottawa Public Working Group on Food Concerns meeting Oct. 18
PLEASE POST:
The Ottawa Public Working Group on Food Concerns will be meeting on
Monday, October 18 at 7:00 pm at the YM/YWCA, 180 Argyle Street (room
to be determined -- please check the board at the bottom of the
stairs for "Food Concerns" or "RAFI").
Agenda items will include updates on recent and planned activities,
as well as a strategy session with special guest Brewster Kneen,
author of "Farmageddon: Food and the Culture of Biotechnology" and
publisher of "The Ram's Horn" newsletter on the food system, who is
visiting from BC.
