Human rights for East Timor, Tibet & Burma - Nov. 27th - Guelph
OPIRG-Guelph is hosting a one day networking conference. As part of the
conference there is a fairly substantial subsidy provided to OPIRG-Carleton
for participants meals and travel. To assist in making the conference more
accessible to students OPIRG-Carleton will also provide an additional
$10/day subsidy for meals for Carleton activists who wish to attend. If

Speakers and Workshops Facilitaors include: Kerry
Pither, spokesperson for East Timor Alert Network,
Tashi Nangsetsang of the Canadian Tibetan Association
of Ontario, Phurbu Mentuh of the Canada Tibet
Committee, Bryce Rudyk from OPIRG-MacMaster Global
Human Rights Action Group, and Guelph's very own
musician and activist Aloz MacDonald.
Conference is FREE with pre-registration. To Register
