free mumia now - demonstration of solidarity
FREE MUMIA NOW!
During the last week of October, an execution date of December 2, 1999 was
set for award winning journalist, noted author, former Black Panther and
political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal.
Within one week, a stay of execution was granted and the fight for justice
for Mumia escalated. On December 4, 1999, people from all over the province
will be demonstrating and keeping the fight for Mumia alive.
Come out and take part in a non-violent demonstration of solidarity for
Mumia.
Where: American Embassy, 100 Wellington St. (across from Parliament)
When: Saturday, December 4, 1999
Time: 1:00 pm
Bring poster, banners etc.....
