PEN questionnaire

Hi, all you loyal PEN readers!

Have you found the EnviroCentre insert in the middle of the December PEN?
The EnviroCentre wants people to return the questionnaire thatŐs on page 8
(of the December PEN supplement). We want to show them the PEN WORKS! So
please fill out this questionnaire and and send it in to the EnviroCentre.
An extra inducement: they'll give you a prize if you do! But you have to
return it by January 31, 2000.
