VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR RUN
***** VOLUNTEERS NEEDED *************
The 12th Annual Investors Group Run for Physiotherapy & Spinal Cord Injury
Research, to be held on SATURDAY, APRIL 22, is looking for Volunteers for
various roles: course marshalls, timers, refreshments, security, event
photographer, etc.
All volunteers will receive a coveted long-sleeve T-shirt with the Run's
logo and of course, be given refreshments to feed your energy and enthusiam!
Volunteers are needed from 9:30 am to 12 noon. [The Run will begin at 10 am
at the Terry Fox Athletic Facility.]

- VOLUNTEER TASKS AND NEEDS:
Course Marshal- need 5 volunteers
Refreshment stand - need 5 volunteers
Security (along the route and at the Facility) - need 5 volunteers
Timers - need 5 volunteers
Event Photographer (film and disposible camera avail.) - need 1 volunteer
Community Display site security - 5 volunteers
Floater/general help - need 5 volunteers
- ABOUT THE RUN:
The Annual 5 & 10 km Run (2 km walk), organized by the Ottawa District
Physiotherapy Association, is part of the National Capital Running Series
and is a OTFA Certified Course.
Proceeds from this year's Run will go to the Physiotherapy Foundation of
Canada and the programs of the Canadian Paraplegic Association Ontario.
