* CRITICAL MASS RIDE, Fri Mar 31, 6pm, Toronto. Celebrate spring
with a playful & exhilarating mass bicycle ride (bladers welcome too!)
through the streets of Toronto. Each month these rides attract hundreds of
Toronto cyclists & bladers who revel in not fighting traffic for some safe
space on the streets. Once a month there's no need to suck car fumes from
vehicles idling in your face, and you don't have to navigate between flying
doors & car clogged congestion. Instead, we can snake through the city in
safety and solidarity, chatting side by side. Who could believe that solving
global warming & beating smog could be such fun! Critical mass rides
take place around the world. In Toronto we pedal together on the last
Friday of each month. Join us! Meet at Temperence & Yonge (just south
of Queen, west of Yonge) We then ride en masse for an hour or so...
