Dr. Nicole Bruinsma, a doctor at the Gatineau
Memorial Hospital and vice president of Canadian Association of Physicians for
the Environment, will speak about the effects of pesticides on
health.
Luc Simard, a member of the Conseil régional de
l'environnement et du développement durable de l'Outaouais (CREDDO) will speak
on lawn maintenance without pesticides.
(Dr. Bruinsma's presentation will be in English and Mr.
Simard's in French. They will answer questions in either language).
