upcoming Befriending The Earth events
SUNDAY, APRIL 30, 5:30 PM, BEFRIENDING THE EARTH POTLUCK at
Centrepointe House, 382 Centrepointe Drive W. Bring some food to share,
and if possible your own ecological eating ware. Supper is followed by a
GATHERING at
7:00 PM. Guest speaker, Dominique Laroque - Nature lover, fitness
consultant, Gestalt therapist, founder of Creative Circle, a breath of
fresh air. Any one interested in catching a new vision for the care and

WEDNESDAY, MAY 3, 4-5:15P, KIDS GREEN THUMB CLUB
begins at Bethany Baptist Church and Centrepointe House, $5 for 6
Wednesdays after school. EGG-zactly what the doctor ordered for
healthy children and a healthy planet. Come learn about Ecology, God
and Gardening! Snacks, games, stories, gardening fun - from ages

using Michael Dowd's book, "Earth Spirit: a handbook for nurturing
ecological
Christianity", begins at Bethany Baptist Church, cr. Baseline Road and
Centrepointe Drive W. Includes reflection on home readings, videos, and
suggestions for eco-action. $40 for 8 sessions (includes book plus
