Brewer Park Tree planting - Come on out!
Come celebrate spring by planting trees in Brewer Park this Saturday, May 6,
2000 from noon till 3 PM. The Environment Committee of Ottawa South (ECOS)
is planting hundreds of trees and shrubs at Brewer Park ( north shore of the
Rideau River at Bronson - just east of Carleton University) as part of its
ongoing naturalization of the park.
Kids of all ages are welcome and do bring a shovel if you have one. Oh yes,
don't forget your work gloves.
