between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
At Uplands Dr. and Breadner Blvd.
Buses: You can also take a bus to South Keyes. It's on the transit way so
buses get there very quickly. From South Keyes you can transfer to
the #147 which will take you right to the Festival of Peace.
The #147 leaves South Keyes for the Festival of Peace at a 5 past
each hour.
Cars will be admitted if they indicate that they are going to the festival
of peace to the police roadblock.
