Ottawa Vegetarian Society Potluck

at the Sandy Hill Community Centre
250 Somerset Street East (#16 bus).

Sunday, September 24/00.  Dinner set up starts at 6 pm.
The meal will be followed by a presentation by Wayne Diotte -
a macrobiotic approach to vegetarianism.

Bring your a dish to share, your own plate, cup and utensils as well as $3
towards the cost of renting the hall.

Please include a card listing the ingredients in your dish.
