Ottawa Vegetarian Society Potluck
Sunday, October 29/00.
Dinner set up starts at 6 pm.
at the Sandy Hill Community Centre
250 Somerset Street East (#16 bus).
Bring your own plate, cup and utensils as well as $3 towards the cost of
renting the hall.
Please include a card listing the ingredients in your dish. (In
consideration of those with serious allergies - please make sure your dish
is free of nuts.)
OVS holds vegetarian potlucks on the last Sunday of every month
The meal on Oct 29 will be followed by a presentation on Qigong, a lifelong
technique to train both body and mind for tranquility and optimal health.
