[OPIRG-EVENTS] Wed. Nov. 8 meeting of globalization activist group
What: A meeting to start building towards the Summit
of the Americas in Quebec City in April 2001. With
the provincial security forces already organizing to
have a prison put aside for protesters, preparations
are in order to counter the vilification, and start
mobilizing.
When: wednesday, november 8, 5:00 pm
Where: 424 unicentre (carl gillis boardroom, across
from cusa), carleton university, wheelchair accessible
There will also be a post mortem on the demonstrations
in Montreal outside the Sheraton during the G-20.
