[OPIRG-EVENTS] Reminder about premiere screening of Gulf War Syndrome Aftermath of a Toxic Battlefield this Friday night




Premiere Screening of a documentary on Gulf War Syndrome Friday night to
kick-off the Nowhere to Run,Nowhere to Hide from Pollution Conference
sponsored by the Environmental Illness Society of Canada (see www.eisc.ca)

Just a reminder that this informative and moving full length documentary
film will be shown tomorrow evening - FRIDAY Nov.17  at the main branch of
the Ottawa Public Library  120 Metcalfe @ Laurier.  A panel discussion will
follow the screening. Alison Johnson, the film's producer will be available
to meet and greet the public while doing a book and video signing session at
the auditorium, prior to the screening. Come early meet all of the
panellists.
Panellists:

Alison Johnson, film Producer, author of ''Casualties of Progress: Personal
Histories from the Chemically Sensitive''    Dr.Gloria Gilbčre N.D. Ph.D.
Researcher, Educator, Author of I Was Poisoned By My Body
Kenneth Fernandez, Executive Director of Horizons Political Consulting
Agency of Montreal, expert in international conventions and constitutional
law

Dr.Gunnar Heuser, M.D., Ph.D., Associate Professor, UCLA School of Medicine;
consultant to the Response Team for The Chemically Injured of California

Reception and book signing:  6:30 - 7:30 pm Screening:  7:30 pm

Panel discussion  follows the screening.
Admission is a donation to the Environmental Illness Society of Canada of: a
suggested:  $12 regular, $7 students & conference registrants & $5 for the
disabled.
