[OPIRG-EVENTS] Tues Jan 16: Another Dam Meeting... ;->
Oh No! It's.... Another Dam Meeting! ;)
OPIRG-Carleton's oldest working group has almost a decade
of education and advocacy to preserve the aquatic environment.
Join us for our first meeting of the 21st century!
The Dam-Reservoir Working Group will meet on the evening of Tuesday Jan 16th.
Time/Place: TBA [likely somewhere in Centretown, possibly on campus].
New members welcome! You can help! Help with whatI hear you ask...
Help save arable land, fish, fisheries, native & subsistance economies,
protect the hydrological cycle from promoters and privatizers aka
"water buffalos" and generally save the human race by
ensuring earth's tiny oxygen makers - the phytoplankton
don't go extinct and we all have enough water to drink!
Hey - we're not too ambitious. :)
If you can't make this meeting that's OK - there will be others.
Let me know what your schedule is like. We will be doing another
fundraiser soon as the brochures arrive. :)
