[OPIRG-EVENTS] "Detoxifying the Earth"

The Allergy and Environmental Health Association, Ottawa Branch, is
holding a public meeting called "Detoxifying the Earth", featuring
Elizabeth May, executive director of the Sierra Club, environmentalist,
activist, writer and lawyer, and first holder of the Elizabeth May Chair
in Women's Health and the Environment at Dalhousie University.
The meeting is on Thurs. Feb. 15 at 7:30 p.m. at Mcnabb Community
Center, 180 Percy St. near Bronson and Gladstone Ave. (Wheelchair
accessible, No Scents, Please)

Elizabeth May will speak about the need to rethink our approach to
regulating environmental contaminants and what you can do. Free,
parking available, all welcome!
